Executive Assistant

Modivcare is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide the General Manager, Director of Operations, Operations Managers or Regional Managers with clerical and technical support by performing a variety of administrative responsibilities for multiple managers in the operations and regional offices.

• Coordinate daily calendars for management
• Plan appointments and events
• Make travel arrangements
• Manage phone calls and emails
• Arrange corporate events to take place internally and outside of the work place
• Prepare documents for management

Salary: $21.54-$28.72 Hourly
