Executive Assistant (1643)
Job Description
The Executive Assistant role is centered on providing administrative and reporting support to the leadership team of PSG, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. The right individual will have years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives and exhibit a high degree of professionalism necessary. S/he will have a passion for excellence and a proven ability to handle multiple, competing projects and prioritize as necessary. The role is generally varied, including both complex and vague administrative duties and project-oriented assignments requiring the use of sound judgment and discretion, independent assessment, and resolution of complex situations/problems. The person in this role will be flexible, calm, dedicated and persistent. This role is critical to the overall smooth functioning of the team.
Description
Duties and responsibilities include administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, providing administrative support to company leadership, event planning, and travel arrangements. In addition, this role will assist with project coordination and reporting.
Duties include:
- Oversee and execute ongoing projects.
- Assist with regular reporting needs including time tracking, marketing, and sales operations
- Monthly expense report preparation for Executive Team
- Travel arrangements for Executive Team as well as group bookings
- Manage and maintain the calendar for members of the Executive Team. This may include arranging calls/meetings, and anticipating scheduling conflicts
- Preparation of meeting materials/agenda (Powerpoint)
- Setting up meeting and overseeing projects as needed
- Supports other departments as requested
- Meeting accounting/administrative deadlines for expense reports, time tracking, invoice coordination, etc.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: college degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 5+ years in a related position such as Front Office Manager, Office Administrator or Executive Administrative Assistant
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus
- Proven team player
- Flexible with after hour work requirements
- Establish relationships with trust and confidence.
- Aptitude for reporting and analytics
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to create work schedules, set goals, create/implement action plans, and monitor progress towards goals.
- Ability to change focus of work seamlessly, without loss of efficiency, and adapt to unexpected requests.
- Strong sense of urgency, with outstanding prioritization skills and professionalism
- Ability to organize and maintain agreements and related documents
- Follow-up on pending matters with limited direction
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrated professional maturity, drive and initiative

The national average salary for this role is $60k-$80k in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
