Executive Assistant - Job Description

We are seeking an executive assistant to join our team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for various operations tasks.

What needs to be done:

• Planning team travel. We go to conferences and client meetings. You will need to purchase tickets and reserve hotels.
• Managing meetings and calendars. Filling in the calendar, arranging meetings with clients and partners, reserving conference rooms, sending invites.
• Ordering online deliveries to the office.
• Filling out PDFs for the sales, support and marketing teams, necessary for meetings with clients.
• Helping with Executive team’s personal tasks. Arranging with a plumber, finding out what the card charge was for, cancelling the cable TV subscription, arranging doctor's appointments.

Given the importance of following strict guidelines and agreements in this role, it is essential that candidates have strong organizational skills and are committed to maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Please note that if you tend to be disorganized or have difficulty following instructions, this may not be the right role for you, even if you are otherwise highly skilled.

Important Notes:

• Your working hours will be from 9 am to 6 pm Eastern time zone. This schedule is necessary to work effectively with our team and customers in the US.
