Executive Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for an organized, methodical, and passionate Executive Assistant to support Dynamo's CEO. This opportunity allows you to work closely with the leadership team of a growing company with a vibrant work culture. The primary location for this in-person role is our HQ in Tyson's / Vienna, VA. 

Duties/ Responsibilities 

• Performs various secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties, but with specialized attention to the fact that the information, decisions, and communication involved may be sensitive or confidential 
• Manages email inbox for executive to prioritize emails and respond when necessary 
• Maintains the calendar for the assigned department or individual
• Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
• Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the CEO
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Maintain various records and documents for company executive
• Handle ad-hoc requests

• Expert with Microsoft Outlook and Inbox handling
• Fluent with Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Integrity and discretion when handling proprietary or sensitive information, and respect for company intellectual and physical property

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience

Travel:

• Occasional travel may be required
• May require availability after normal work hours
