About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to Managing Directors in the Greenwich and New York offices. This role will interact regularly with senior members of the team including Managing Directors and Managing Partners.

iCapital is a global company with 12 offices across the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia.  This ideal candidate will be communicating, scheduling, and collaborating with our team, clients, potential clients, and investors on a global scale.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars of several senior managers with a high level of detail coordinating and prioritizing daily tasks.
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans.
  • Process expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Manage logistics for Board of Directors’ meetings and other company events as needed.
  • Format information for internal and external communication such as, memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Help move along deliverables, facilitate special requests, and contribute and execute on last-minute ideas.
  • Work as part of the larger facilities and administration team.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate college degree
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant working with senior level management
  • Able to manage up through tact and anticipation of needs
  • Possess strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Track record of managing schedules and processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience scheduling across multiple time zones, global travel, and multi-leg trips
  • Team player and comfortable working with 30+ people with this role reporting to a senior admin
  • Comfort operating within a dynamic environment and executing in situations where paths are uncharted
  • Able and willing to provide executive support beyond the scope of a typical workday
Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
