We are hiring an Executive Assistant to provide a wide range of administrative and project management support to our CEO, CFO/COO, General Counsel, and Chief of Staff. The successful candidate will possess superior organizational and communication skills, including direct experience supporting multiple C-suite executives, corporate operations, and high-impact projects (i.e. Board of Directors meeting prep, Company Town Hall meetings, Senior Staff meetings, Corporate Development support).
Here are some ways you’ll make an impact:
- Provide administrative and project management support for Learneo’s Executive Team, including complex calendar management
- Own the logistics, planning, coordination, and scheduling for events and meetings involving the Executive Team, including:
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Internal Communications, Finance) to prepare for company or department-wide meetings such as:Â
- Quarterly department team offsites
- Board meetingsÂ
- Annual leadership offsites
- Town Halls
- Annual planning
- Compose and prepare correspondence, slide decks, presentations, and meeting materials for Senior Staff, Town Halls, etc.Â
- Document meeting minutes, lead meeting communications, and ensure action items are clear and accountable
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Internal Communications, Finance) to prepare for company or department-wide meetings such as:Â
- Research, plan, and organize professional travel, organize team activities, and manage expensesÂ
- Identify and continually evaluate opportunities to improve the Executive team’s time and productivity
- Collaborate with other executive support team members on miscellaneous projects as needed
- Manage relationships and communication with employees, partners, business connections, investors, etc.
Are you our Executive Assistant?Â
- 5+ years of experience providing administrative support and project management for multiple C-Suite executives
- Able to handle a wide range of tasks with a focus on prioritization, time management, creative problem solving, and effective context-switching
- Highly organized, detailed and process-driven while still remaining flexible and open to change - especially as it relates to scheduling and calendar managementÂ
- Be a motivated self-starter who works independently, effectively problem solves and prioritizes work, and anticipates the needs of the organizationÂ
- Communicates with excellent written and verbal skills, coupled with maturity and ability to exercise good judgment, discretion and confidentiality
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships with team members across departments, levels, cultures, and time zones
- Highly proficient in creating professional slide decks and other presentation materialsÂ
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
- Experienced usage of Google Apps (Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides)

This role is eligible for hire in the San Francisco Bay area.
For positions in San Francisco, CA, and other locations where required, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Other locations: IL, MA, NJ.
We are a virtual-first company and have employees dispersed throughout the United States and Canada. We have a market-based pay structure that varies by location. The base pay for this position is dependent on multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed below. You may also be eligible to participate in our bonus program and may be offered an equity award, benefits, and other types of compensation.
In accordance with California law, the base salary for this role if filled within SF Bay Area, California is as follows.Â
