Vevo is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support to the Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Distribution, with additional support to other Vice Presidents in our Sales organization. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast moving role that requires someone who is able to keep to the rhythm of the team while exercising good judgment and significant initiative.

As a member of our team, you will:

  • Arrange meetings and maintain frequently changing calendars
  • Organize departmental off-sites, and internal conferences
  • Make travel arrangements, and process expense reports
  • Track all incoming and outgoing agreements, and file accordingly
  • Develop and maintain filing systems and weekly deal tracking 
  • Provide key administrative support for Executive’s industry commitments
  • Monitor related sales inboxes and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Draft cover letters and other correspondences
  • Maintain invoices from third party firms/vendors 
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
  • 2-3 years experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Relevant experience in entertainment, technology, or fast-paced sales environment preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • You are extremely organized and detail-oriented

The pay range for this position is: $60k-$80k per year. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Transparency Law.

This is a full-time position based on-site/in our New York office. Vevo currently operates in a hybrid work model and requires all employees, who have not been designated as "remote" to be in the office/studio a minimum of 3 days a week.
