You'll act as a trusted right hand to senior executives — managing complex calendars travel and communications while also helping drive key projects and events across the business. What You'll Do

Executive Support

  • Serve as primary point of access for your executive(s) managing complex calendars — including vetting prioritizing and recommending how time is spent — and ensuring they're fully prepared for every meeting
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel including air ground transportation hotels and international travel documentation (visas etc.)
  • Draft internal and external communications on behalf of your executive and manage the flow of information across all levels internal and external
  • Track key deliverables follow up on outstanding items and ensure requests are handled with the right level of urgency
  • Manage expense reporting including submitting receipts and processing expense statements in a timely manner

Projects & Operations

  • Manage projects meetings and large-scale events from budget planning through logistics (e.g. company-wide town halls the annual company party)
  • Assist with annual calendar planning and help prioritize business activities across the org
  • Process expense reports assist with budgets and headcount planning and help resolve AP/AR issues
  • Partner with Facilities IT and Security to troubleshoot logistical issues
  • Support full-cycle executive recruiting — scheduling interviews coordinating between hiring teams and candidates and assisting with onboarding

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A professional mature demeanor and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities
  • Strong planning prioritization and time management skills
  • Experience with international travel booking and visa requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Sharp attention to detail discretion and the ability to manage confidential information
  • A high-energy curious mindset with a genuine passion to learn and contribute

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration communication or a related field
  • Familiarity with (or interest in learning about) financial markets

Salary Range

$54000.00 - $70000.00

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law compensation will be determined based on relevant experience other job-related qualifications/skills and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance 401(k) PTO parental leave and medical leave STD/LTD insurance benefits.
