Executive Assistant
Job Description
Our client is seeking a seasoned and personable Executive Assistant to the President to join their team in Washington, DC! The ideal candidate will be looking for a more permanent role and be excited about the possibility of joining their team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the president's schedule
- Coordinate travel
- Organize and create meeting documents
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Screen phone calls
- Delegate tasks to others as needed
- Prepare and process financial paperwork
- Event planning and implementation as needed
- Oversee special projects
- Mentor new administrative staff
- General Executive Assistant duties

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is ideal
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Impeccable communication skills
- Close attention to detail
- Experience supporting a high-level executive
- Comfortable with learning new software
- Professional and proactive
- Ability to remember the President's preferences in a fast-paced environment
