We’re looking for a Executive Assistant to join our Consumer Business in Amsterdam.

As a Executive Assistant you will be operating in international setting while supporting CEO of the Consumer Business as well as the Head of Finance with all administrative, organizational and operational matters. What you’ll do
 

• You will support the CEO and Head of Finance of the Consumer business by providing the full range of supportive and secretarial tasks

• Coordination takes place in an international context

• Give support in large projects

• Build trusted relationships (internal and external stakeholders)

Your qualifications

• You can build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders (many of them are your peers)

• The information and work done is kept confidential by you.

• You are structured, adaptive and fast

• You communicate clearly

• Excellent administrative skills

• Leverages standard practices and encourages cooperation across boundaries

• You know how to create a positive and engaging environment within colleagues
