Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our sales/revenue organization. You will handle daily administrative organization as well as task and team management. You should be highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and have great communication/social skills. Familiarity and experience within SaaS/start up industries are a plus.
The Executive Assistant position is critical to the operations and culture of the organization, as you are often a liaison between the Executive Team, employees, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for SailPoint's revenue & sales leadership team
  • Ability to work independently and with a team (internal and external) on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars at once; understanding of business context to juggle priorities, and plan ahead.
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
  • Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
  • Organizing offsites and meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Ability to handle and protect confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Maintain and manage communication, correspondence, travel arrangements, meeting preparations.
  • Managing the executive's day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and creating trip itineraries using Egencia.
  • Ability to operate within an environment of ambiguity; to problem solve "on your feet"; remain calm when chaos strikes.
  • Ability to build rapport and work across functional teams.
  • Ability to support multiple executives at one time; and provide backup as needed.
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects.


Required Skills/Experience:

  • Must have previous experience as an Executive Assistant for senior-level sales executives within a large company.
  • 5+ Years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.


Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint's differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):
$74,970 - $107,100 - $139,230
Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee's home location.
