To that end, we build software that is expressly designed to ensure the appropriate plan of care is understood and expeditiously approved, so that patients and doctors can focus on health, rather than payment or administrative hassles.
Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking an initiative driven, detail oriented individual with administrative experience to support the operations of a fast-paced health tech company in Boston. This Executive Assistant position is critical to the business and will work closely with our Executive Leadership Team to help coordinate and manage their schedules. This role requires a high degree of follow-through, strong interpersonal skills, and impeccable organizational capability. This role will also support the day to day operations of our corporate office located in Boston, Massachusetts. Our Executive Assistant will have the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities and be comfortable working under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

What you will do:
- Oversee multiple executive calendars, send meeting confirmation, and process reschedules and cancellations as necessary
- Book and coordinate travel and hotel arrangements
- Operate independently in absence of the executive
- Prepare for team onsites and executive meetings, including putting together the agenda, scheduling conference space required, facilitating refreshments, etc.
- Ensure a productive and welcoming workspace and office setup
- Cover the front reception area as needed
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
- Coordinate operational matters as building security/access, maintenance/repair, office equipment, etc
- Manage inventory of office supplies, kitchen, and related stocks
Your background & requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience supporting an executive leader
- Ability to be in the office Monday-Friday from 9-5
- Self-motivated; able to work independently
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate status of assignments
- Highly organized and motivated, ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic, fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
