How You’ll Make a Difference

As our Executive Assistant in the Redwood City office, you’ll use your well-honed administrative skills to support our executive team based on the West Coast. In this role, you’ll have a tremendous impact on our senior leadership team’s ability to deliver on our goal of bringing a transformative cell therapy product to market and potentially saving lives.  

The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative support for our leadership team based on the West Coast (9 executives total; the level of support for each will vary based on need).
• Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, booking travel, tracking expenses, and preparing reports for reimbursement, etc.
• Collaborate with team members from other functional areas on special projects and events as needed.

Skills and Experience We Look For

• Proven success in a high-level administrative role supporting C-level and/or senior-level executives.
• Highly professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, superior written and oral communications skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and to manage multiple activities simultaneously. 
• Excellent computer skills; proficient or advanced skill in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle confidential information.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience and location. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
