Accountabilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, acting as a trusted partner and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and oversee logistics for events and appointments.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive materials with accuracy and professionalism.Assist in preparing for board meetings, strategic initiatives, and executive presentations.Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to support decision-making.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain professionalism at all times.Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline administrative tasks, and increase efficiency across the executive office.Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced corporate setting.Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy while managing multiple priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.Proficiency in productivity tools, including Google Suite or equivalent software.Demonstrated judgment, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across a diverse team.Benefits:
