To support our rapid growth, we’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant.
You will support c-level executives and be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, calendaring, travel and expense management and shared office duties.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with the potential for occasional overtime. This role will predominantly be performed on-site however there is some flexibility, allowing for a hybrid schedule. A strong candidate will think proactively, bringing positivity and strong ownership to the role.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic, proactive partner to assigned executives, enabling smooth day-to-day communication and calendar accuracy
- Manage the calendar events for assigned executives
- Utilize knowledge of tools and systems like MS Applications, Google Suite, Outlook, etc. -- experience with both PC and Mac products preferred
- Manage the travel arrangements and expense reporting for assigned executives
- Expertly manage competing priorities and inbound requests from stakeholders
- Create and maintain accurate documents and records, maintaining confidentiality
- Assist with office management and operations as needed, including company events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive support or administrative experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Strong sense of initiative and ownership to complete tasks with minimal supervision and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of personalities and situations
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills
