Executive Assistant

The Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic, talented, creative thinker to support Enfusion’s Chief Executive Officer and provide executive assistant support to the CFO, as well as other offices as needed. This role puts you at the center of the excitement and challenges of our growing global business.  You’ll have the opportunity to make impact right away and champion our culture and values through the relationships you’ll build across our leaders and growing teams.  

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
• Manage executive calendars, make travel arrangements, prepare expense reports and contribute to the efficiency of our business through personalized and timely support to executive team members.
• Gain a strong understanding of the business, working closely with Operations, IT and People to anticipate needs and follow up.
• Foster the Enfusion culture by supporting world-class new hire onboarding and training programs and assisting with meetings and presentations.
• Assist with sales and marketing events such as booking venues, photoshoots, company town halls which includes coordinating international and domestic travel, logistics, and technology.
• Identify areas for improved efficiency and effectiveness and lead improvement ideas.
• Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
• Build and continue to develop strong relationships across the organization at every level.
• Take minutes during meetings.
• Track follow-ups and hold others accountable to deadlines.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelors’ degree.
• 8+ years of progressive experience supporting C-Level executives preferably in a Financial Services or Technology industry.
• Excellent project management, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Self-starter mentality with a roll-up the sleeves and get things done mindset and a drive to make a direct, tangible impact in a rapidly growing company.
• Creative thinker who effectively blends creative competence with practical ideas and solutions.
• Exceptional communicator, verbally and in writing, with employees of all levels, clients, board members.
• Expert knowledge of technology including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making aptitude, innovative, flexible, and consultative; strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to listen and use critical thinking to assess the needs and communicate accurate information concerning process, plans and procedures in a collaborative, team-based manner.
• Detail-oriented, accountable, proven ability to track, prioritize and drive to success in multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated experience with discretion and confidentiality.
• Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth work environment.

The salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $145,000 + bonus + benefits.
