Executive Assistant

Strava is growing! And we are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our People Team to support our VP Controller, General Counsel, and CFO. Reporting to our EA to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will schedule meetings, prepare reports and other confidential materials, arrange travel, manage expenses, and partner with executives to help across a range of projects and events. In addition to working with the EA team, this person will partner closely with everyone on the People Team coordinate company functions, to support the employee experience, and to continue building our amazing Strava culture.

• Managing (very full) executive schedules, helping people prioritize and make the best use of their time.

• Preparing meeting materials and coordinating logistics.

• Handling executive-level correspondence.

• Partnering to problem solve in a manner that accommodates the Strava culture.

• Arranging executive travel and expense needs.

• Participating in cross-functional teams on a range of people projects.

• Helping plan and support certain company events.

• Caring about and contributing to our People Team discussions, strategies, and goals.

• Positive, open-minded and excited to learn and contribute to a team.

• Incredibly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects which are all at different stages of the process.

• Excellent customer service orientation: friendly, responsive, and eager to help a variety of stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.

• Committed to learning about antiracism and supporting Strava’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

• High proficiency using Google suite.

• Honest, dependable, and able to safeguard sensitive information.

• 3-5 years of experience providing administrative support to executives or teams.
