We are looking for an enthusiastic Executive Assistant to provide support to our Marketing & Creative team at Snap Inc.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :
The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$115,000 annually.
Zone B :
The base salary range for this position is $76,000-$109,000 annually.
Zone C :
The base salary range for this position is $68,000-$98,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Executive Assistant to provide support to our Marketing & Creative team at Snap Inc.
What You'll Do:
- Provide high-level executive administrative support and anticipate needs
- Manage complex calendars and schedules
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Organize team professional events, socials, team off-sites, etc.
- Process invoices and expense reports.
- Assist in preparing reports and agendas.
- Supports in-office operations and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality in all interactions, safeguarding sensitive executive communications, company information, and proprietary data with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work-style
- Strong familiarity with Google enterprise products (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
- Ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to changes, and solve problems quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professional integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work with cross-functional partners in various time zones
- Ability to operate with courage, show empathy, and instill trust through honesty and integrity
- Capability to solve problems through action, make high-quality decisions, and think with a strategic mindset
- A passion for the product, company, and creativity
- Familiarity with Snapchat or a current Snapchat user is a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a related administrative role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a tech or fast-paced environment
