AutoStore seeks a Resourceful Executive Assistant to support our Executive Management Team.  

 

If you excel at coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, and providing essential administrative assistance, this role is tailor-made for you. 

 

In this role, you'll manage complex schedules, ensure seamless logistics, and efficiently handle various tasks. We're seeking someone with strong multitasking abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach.  

 

Key Tasks: 

  • Manage and organize calendars 

  • Book meetings internally and externally 

  • Coordinate travel and logistics as required 

  • Coordinate visits for partners, customers, and other external stakeholders that involve our Executive’s attendance 

  • Collaborate across teams on activities and initiatives internally and externally 

  • Provide administrative support 

  • Handle ad hoc tasks as required 

  • Other responsibilities based on the Management’s preferences and needs 

Key Qualifications: 

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role, working closely with Executives 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for calendar management and email correspondence 

  • Strong multitasking skills and meticulous attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally 

  • Hands-on mentality with adaptability to navigate challenges and changes effectively 

  • Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment 

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills 

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail and accuracy 

Bonus Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, business administration, project management, or equivalent 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
