AutoStore seeks a Resourceful Executive Assistant to support our Executive Management Team. Â

If you excel at coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, and providing essential administrative assistance, this role is tailor-made for you.Â

In this role, you'll manage complex schedules, ensure seamless logistics, and efficiently handle various tasks. We're seeking someone with strong multitasking abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Â
Â
Key Tasks:Â

Manage and organize calendarsÂ
-
Book meetings internally and externallyÂ
-
Coordinate travel and logistics as requiredÂ
-
Coordinate visits for partners, customers, and other external stakeholders that involve our Executive’s attendanceÂ
-
Collaborate across teams on activities and initiatives internally and externallyÂ
-
Provide administrative supportÂ
-
Handle ad hoc tasks as requiredÂ
-
Other responsibilities based on the Management’s preferences and needsÂ
Key Qualifications:Â
-
Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role, working closely with ExecutivesÂ
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for calendar management and email correspondenceÂ
-
Strong multitasking skills and meticulous attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentÂ
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyÂ
-
Hands-on mentality with adaptability to navigate challenges and changes effectivelyÂ
-
Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environmentÂ
-
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skillsÂ

Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail and accuracyÂ
Bonus Qualifications:Â

Bachelor’s degree in administration, business administration, project management, or equivalentÂ

Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointÂ
