What is Polygon Labs?

Polygon Labs is a software development company building and developing a network of aggregated blockchains via the AggLayer secured by Ethereum. As public infrastructure the AggLayer will bring together user bases and liquidity for any connected chain and leverage Ethereum as a settlement layer.  Polygon Labs has also contributed to the core development of several widely-adopted scaling protocols and tools for launching blockchains including Polygon PoS Polygon zkEVM and Polygon Miden which is in development as well as Polygon CDK.

As an Executive Assistant you’ll be supporting a Co-Founder and Executive of Polygon Labs. This is an ideal position for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment is a self-starter and wants to work on a dynamic and mission-driven team. This role will require strong calendaring and prioritisation skills uncompromising attention to detail the ability to meet tight deadlines excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Support a lead Cofounder/Executive of Polygon Labs

• Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars book travel schedule facilities assist with events/engagements).

• Schedule and attend meetings - taking clear notes and tracking action items when needed

• Schedule flights travel and necessary accommodations

• Manage and submit expense reports

• Operate cross-functionally

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of direct EA experience

• Ability to consistently contribute in a high-paced changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.

• Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and build excellent productive relationships.

• Ability to organize prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities and projects with strong follow through

• Previous experience working in a start-up environment tech or Web3/crypto a plus
