Ceribell produces the world’s first brain monitor for point-of-care seizure triage and treatment. Our groundbreaking technology enables healthcare providers to test for a suspected seizure and then deliver treatments within minutes. We also received the first-ever FDA 510(k) clearance for a digital seizure detection algorithm.

Position Overview
This role will primarily support the Executive Team and their team members. The ideal person for the job will be team oriented, organized, proactive, with exceptional communication and written skills. This is a hybrid role with flexible in-office hours; at least two times a week in the office and flexibility to come in for additional days as needed.
Objectives of this Role:
- With a primary responsibility of supporting the CTO, also provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support the highest-ranking executives company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
- Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
What you'll do:
- Calendar management and organization
- Take notes on calls/meetings and keep track of follow-ups/action items for CTO
- Project manage the CTO’s task list
- Manage and coordinate travel
- Prepare and submit expenses and reimbursements
- Manage relationships with third party service providers/vendors
- Staff meeting materials management
- Coordinate and manage candidate interviews
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and external
- Provide support for other members of the executive team and their team members
- Assist in ad hoc projects and light personal assistant support, as needed
- Will report to the Executive Assistant to CEO/CFO
- Will provide back-up coverage/support to the Executive Assistant to CEO/CFO
What you need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 2-4 years Executive Assistant experience supporting a team
- High level of professionalism, and discretion with confidential information
- Articulate, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills, and detail oriented, with the ability to organize/prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Proficient in G-Suite, MS Office, Zoom, and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Flexible team player, adaptable, and enjoys a challenge
- Driven, strong interest in self-development, and high integrity
- At least two professional references required
