• Work alongside the Sales EA team to provide support for logistics of internal events, team off-sites, and external events
• Ensure that the coordination of all virtual internal events are in line with the VP’s goals
• Build and improve processes for efficiency and global alignment

• Have 5+ years of experience in an administrative or support role
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing demands
• Are an expert at prioritizing and seeing around corners
• Are trustworthy, reliable and will maintain strictest confidentiality
• Have expert communication skills and can connect with a wide range of stakeholders in person, virtually and over email
• Have a positive outlook and constantly strive to create a positive, inclusive environment where others can thrive!
