Executive Assistant

You will provide administrative support to our CIO, Investments which will include organizing agendas, scheduling appointments with important internal and external members, brokers, high and lower level contacts and the handling of confidential information and related communications.

About The Role:

• Handle all business matters and communications to ensure confidentiality in all situations.
• Maintain calendars, coordinate conference calls and meeting logistics, both internal and external
• Daily meeting management, property tours and appointments
• Email management and Voicemail Management
• Develop different documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Coordinate Travel Arrangements.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience with internal and external executive level communication.
• Knowledge of Southern California Geography.
• User-end database (Salesforce), presentation program and advanced Excel knowledge.

Rexford Industrial's reward plan includes great compensation packages, bonus eligibility and long-term stock incentives. The expected salary range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000 with a 20% discretionary annual bonus target and stock grant eligibility. The actual hourly rate and total compensation offered depend on a variety of factors, which include, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location where the job will be performed. The final base salary and total compensation will be described in any offer letters.
