About you:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide support to the Chief People Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and the General Counsel. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, have the ability to multitask, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief People Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and the General Counsel
  • Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, meeting materials, and agendas
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
