Grammarly is excited to offer a remote-first hybrid working model. Team members can work primarily remotely in the United States, Canada, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, or Portugal. Conditions permitting, teams will meet in person a few weeks every quarter at one of Grammarly's hubs in San Francisco, Kyiv, New York, Vancouver, and Berlin, or in a workspace in KrakĂłw.

Grammarly team members in this role are required to live within a daily commutable distance to San Francisco. Grammarly may provide relocation assistance.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our San Francisco hub. This person will support two to three members of our Operating team. They must be located near our San Francisco hub and are expected to be available in-person as needed, including during in-person weeks, which occur 3-4 weeks per quarter.Â
Your impactAs an Executive Assistant, your primary responsibilities will involve supporting our Chief People Officer and Head of Legal. You will provide support to the Operating team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are met, and that operations are running efficiently.Â
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Cover a number of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling travel, greeting candidates and planning events for the teams you support.
- Manage communication between the operating team and Grammarly employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
- Find opportunities to give the senior executives leverage by identifying areas of highest impact and acting as a gatekeeper of their time.
- Support the executives by preparing slides, docs, etc. in preparation for meetings.

- Is able to collaborate in person at our San Francisco hub as needed, including during in-person weeks, which occur 3-4 weeks per quarter.

- For San Francisco–based employment: Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, meaning pay may vary depending on your location. Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Our compensation packages include equity; a wide range of medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance options; retirement benefits; and parental leave. We offer twenty days of paid time off per year (global), eleven days of paid holidays per year (US and Canada), and unlimited sick days (global).
The expected salary range for this position is outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.Â
