We are searching for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to several key members of our Leadership Team.  The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and be able to shift priorities when the need arises. THE ROLE:

  • Manage complex calendars in a thoughtful and purposeful manner, ensuring meetings contain the appropriate attendees and agenda items
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and global travel
  • Manage expense reports and timesheets
  • Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels including internal and external contacts on a wide spectrum of priorities
  • Contribute to team meetings and offsites by assisting with the production of materials and pre-reads, taking notes, and tracking action items; travel to offsite meetings is expected
  • Identify administrative needs for the organization and initiate projects to support those needs
  • Work closely with fellow executive assistants and office manager on a range of ad hoc projects 

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 5+ years of related administrative experience working with senior executive/s
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills including on remote devices
  • Customer-focused attitude - liaises with staff and clients of all levels
  • Experience with maintaining confidential information with superior judgment and discretion
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment
  • Skilled at anticipating needs and being proactive to get ahead of problems
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as on a team; ability to respond to shifting priorities
  • Positive energy and attitude

NOTE: This is a hybrid role and requires you to be in our NYC office 3 days per week

Compensation

  • Salary range of $75K to $90K
  • This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Interbrand in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; other business and organizational needs; and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
