Executive Assistant
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Head of our Investment Professional Development and the associated team.
What you’ll do
- Manage calendars and conference calls, make appointments, book conference rooms, and organize meetings for a senior executive and her team
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Create and process expense reports
- Manage phone coverage for team and set up conference calls as needed
- Perform personal assistant functions (scheduling, reservations, etc.), if required
- Work on special projects as needed
- Proactively make recommendations for how to improve team processes
- Operate with a high degree of discretion at all times and handle sensitive/confidential information with tact
- Assist with training junior staff members and new hires, specifically administrative assistants
What’s required
- Minimum five years of related experience supporting senior level mangers (experience in financial services a plus but not required)
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls, and issues
- Ability to anticipate work, multitask, and prioritize assignments
- A self-starter with the ability to work quickly and efficiently with little to no direction from leader(s)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to handle time sensitive requests during non-business hours
- Extremely professional demeanor and attitude
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Commitment to the highest ethical standardsÂ
- College degree

The annual base salary range is $120,000-$150,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
