How you’ll make an impact:


You’ll work as the Executive Assistant to our CEO and COO, supporting them on a day to day basis and helping ensure our Denver office runs smoothly.


Executive Support:

  • Managing the CEO’s and COO’s calendars, both internal and external, including ownership of their internal and external meeting cadences.
  • Manage and facilitate organization wide communications from the CEO, including coordination of Board and Leadership meetings and materials.
  • Coordinating Executive and Senior Leadership meetings, including our Global All Hands, across geographies and time zones.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements and planning for our Senior Leaders, including assistance with the expense reimbursement process.

Office Management:

  • Help Cin7 continue to be an awesome place to work by coordinating with our P&C leaders and Cin7 Squad to facilitate and support all social and team events for the Denver office.
  • Serve as vendor and order contact for office amenities and supplies.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for our office spaces globally relating to maintenance items, shared space management, etc.
  • Support global alignment for our end of year holiday celebration.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
