The Audit Coordinator function at Cross River is a dynamic agent for change. We are looking for a talented and driven person with experience in either banking or fin tech to join our fast-growing team. Responsibilities
β’ Assisting Audit Leadership in managing deliverables for committees, regulatory reviews, and external auditors
β’ Keeping project deliverables on track
β’ Gathering and organizing documentation so the regulators can access it.
β’ Creating PowerPoint presentations
β’ Assist with departmental communications such as announcement letters.
β’ Proofread audit reports and written materials.
β’ Assist IA Mgmt in the preparation of power point presentations for regulators, board, and senior executive meetings.
β’ Supports communication activities for the IA team including managing logistics for team events and setting up Zoom meetings.
β’ Coordinates travel arrangements and prepares travel all expenses.
β’ Schedule team meetings and assist with agendas, meeting minutes, and key take-aways.
β’ Coordinating onboarding activity in relation to new joiners and co-source staff.
β’ Serves as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
β’ Communicates with Internal Audit leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals.
β’ Motivates people involved in projects to complete tasks on time.
β’ Identifies ways to streamline and create more efficient processes.
β’ Assist in the tracking and updates of audit findings.
β’ Reviews request lists and distributes accordingly.
β’ Ensures all documentation is presented in an organized and professional manner or in a format required by the requesting party for audits/exams within established deadlines.
Qualifications
β’ Executive Assistant, Administrator or Coordinator experience.
β’ Experience in the financial services industry.
β’ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, including a proven ability to produce professional power point presentations.
β’ Excellent organizational skills and ability to work proactively without close supervision.
β’ Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
β’ Well-developed problem-solving skills.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills, strong energy, and enthusiasm.
β’ Strong communication skills both verbal and written to be able to interact confidently with internal clients.
β’ Ability to manage conflict and work under pressure.
β’ Strong team player
β’ Degree preferred but not required.
