Executive Assistant Canton Ma

The John Flatley Company is a commercial real estae developer located in Canton Ma and is seeking a highly motivated assistant to the Owner. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Calendar Management. Scheduling appointments, meetings, and calls
• Travel Arrangement: Booking flights, accomodations and transportation
• Communication Management: Screening calls, emails and managing contacts. Includes drafting, editing and proof reading documents and reports. 
• Meeting Coordination : Preparing meeting rooms, A/V equipment and TEAM materials . Taking meeting minutes, preparing agendas and distributing documents.
• Information Management: Organizing and miintaining electronic and physical filing system, researching and compiling data . information and reports for the owner
• Executive Support: Act as a gatekeeper to the owner as well as managing personal checking account and invoices and accounts. 

Qualifications :

• Technology and Computer Skills : Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Dropbox and DocuSign.
  
• Experience : at least 10 years working in a private company for an owner. Person will work in the Canton Office hours 8AM -430 FullTime.
