• Work alongside the Workplace team to provide support for logistics of internal events, team off-sites and external events

• Have 5+ years of experience in an administrative or support role
• Have supported large teams of 200+ people.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing demands
• Are an expert at prioritizing and seeing around corners
• Are trustworthy, reliable, and will maintain strictest confidentiality
• Have outstanding communication skills and can connect with a wide range of partners in person, virtually and over email
• Have a positive outlook and constantly strive to create a positive, inclusive environment where others can thrive!
