Executive Assistant - Engineering & Product Management

We are seeking a self-driven, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our product and engineering organizations. This role will support up to four executives as we continue our significant growth, understanding their priorities and enabling them to accomplish more because of your work. In addition to supporting the logistical and organizational aspects of these teams, you will become the cultural evangelist, helping to plan internal events while always keeping a pulse on employee engagement. 

Your Impact: 

• Executive Support (Calendar, Travel, Expenses) 
• Work closely with cross-functional executive assistants on internal company-wide events and initiatives
• Plan and execute team meetings and events (in-person and virtual), fostering employee engagement and connectivity
• Work independently and within a team on non-recurring and ongoing projects, which may include planning and coordinating presentations and disseminating information
• Assist with team onboarding, ensuring new members have all necessary information, while acting as the main point of contact during the onboarding process

About you: 

• A strong team member, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• 5+ years of VP and above level support, at a startup, or tech company, along with history of supporting multiple executives is preferred 
• Highly proficient computer skills in Google suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Slack, and similar workflows
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills, as well as the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities while working under little supervision
• Background supporting executives in Sales or Marketing preferred
• Builds positive, productive relationships with a wide variety of people
• Availability to travel quarterly
• Interest in product and engineering a plus
