Executive Assistant

Location: Manhattan (Initially Remote)

Pay: $85,000 - $105,000 Additionally, on top of their standard benefits and 401k matching, the package includes: tech reimbursements, food pantries, napping pods, a full fitness facility and more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for complex and detailed calendar management
• Responsible for management of emails including responding to emails on behalf of the Sr. Management Team and Vice President(s)
• Prepare monthly expense reports
• Arranging Travel Plans
• Communication with internal business units and external partners
• Assist other administrative support staff as needed

• 7+ years' experience in an executive support role, preferably supporting a C-level executive, finance, legal, technology background preferred?
• Strong, organizational skills and ability to "manage up"
• Flexible Work Schedule
• Strong Written Skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Suite) Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work well within a team environment
