Fanatics Holdings Inc. (“FHI”) is a holding company that operates 3 businesses; Fanatics Commerce (Fanatics.com with merchandise like jerseys, hats, etc.), Fanatics Collectibles (makes Sports & Entertainment Trading Cards under the Topps brand, including MLB, Collegiate, MLS, Star Wars, etc.) and Fanatics Betting & Gaming (Fantasy & Other Betting). Each business is independently capitalized and operated by its own management team.

Position Overview:
Fanatics Collectibles, the trading card business, is seeking a world-class Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). The CSO is one of the founders of the business, and is currently responsible for Operations, Technology, Data, Strategy & Business Development. This role is optimal for someone who thrives in a high-velocity environment, akin to a startup but with the complexity and excitement of a company that is also in the midst of a transformation as well as multiple acquisitions. Located at our Operations Center in Sunnyvale, Texas, this position is for those ready to be at the heart of the action.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer seamless administrative support to the CSO, aligning with the strategic vision of operations, technology, data, strategy, and business development.
- Organize and coordinate schedules, ensuring efficient time management and forward-planning for weeks, months, and quarters ahead.
- Handle administrative tasks with precision, contributing to strategic discussions and operational leadership when necessary.
- Serve as a proactive and learning-oriented partner to the CSO, eager to take on the role of a trusted confidante and advisor.
- Prepare for and possibly accompany the CSO to various events, including trade shows and off-site meetings, as required.
- Maintain flexibility for responsiveness during evenings and weekends when critical, respecting work-life balance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Proven experience in providing top-tier support to senior executives within a high-availability business environment.
- Passionate about thriving in and contributing to the vibrancy of a startup-like culture.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the foresight to anticipate the needs of a high-level executive.
- Effective communication skills and the confidence to have a voice in high-level strategic conversations.
- Flexibility to travel as needed in support of the CSO’s schedule.
- Availability to work from our Sunnyvale Operations Center on a daily basis and be within reach as the business demands.
