Job Title: Executive Assistant
Primary Purpose: The Executive Assistant will support the VP, Head of NA Retail and Wholesale Business Unit and the VP, Head of Outlet Buying. This is a great opportunity for an experienced executive assistant with excellent initiative to be a part of a fast-paced team.

- Provide administrative support, including phone, calendar, travel arrangements and expenses
- Liaise with external business partners to coordinate market / sales appointments
- Provide additional organizational and administrative support to develop team/organizational meetings, agendas, including obtaining guest speakers, coordinating presentation materials, etc.
- Manage showroom in Hudson Yards, including showroom calendar, room set up, account appointment coordination and catering
- Manage contact list of all wholesale partners, show schedule (local and regional), fashion show attendee list
- Manage logistics for meetings including organizing agendas, booking meeting rooms, calendar invites, preparing written materials, managing catering, room setup/cleanup, etc.
- Manage calendar to include all key meetings and cross-functional partners.
- Develop relationships with internal administrative staff to facilitate meeting planning and scheduling.
- Ensure deadlines are met, questions are answered, and requests are addressed proactively and promptly.
- Manage department budget in close partnership with Finance.
- Prepare Travel & Expense reports, reconcile corporate card expenses and uphold company T&E policies.
- Assist with the execution of department events i.e. teambuilding, lunches, volunteering, employee recognition strategy sessions, etc.
- Submit requests for new hires, office moves and track the process to completion.
- Participate in special projects such as gathering and summarizing competitive intelligence, industry trends, etc.

- 5-7+ years of Executive Assistant or similar experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred nor required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience interacting with executives at all levels.
- Superior judgment, professionalism, poise, ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, and assertiveness.
- Excellent ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast paced environment.
- Must be a highly organized, self-starter with ability to handle multiple priorities at once.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
