Job Description
Do you have high standards of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail? Then we want to hear from you! We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Northern Europe Leadership team, with a wide range of administrative and executive support.
You will be an on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and suppliers.
The ability to interact, build relationships with individuals at all levels is key, and the need for you to remain calm under pressure, flexible, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, is important to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with co-ordination of internal and external meetings and events.
- Assist and facilitate Nordics Board Meetings, including minutes and document structure.
- Manage Nordic Offices, Facility Procurement and support key stakeholders.
- Handle Suppliers onboarding and responsible for invoicing process.
- Support HR and Legal with Ad Hoc tasks.
- Coordinate and assist on Nordic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
- Facilitate the Kitchen area in DK office incl. order of daily supplies.
- Maintain proper communication with all relevant stakeholders respecting the different needs, audiences, and matters and prevent information gaps and avoidable confusions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Execute Support experience.
- Minimum 3 years corporate experience.
- Experience working with procurement.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office.
