Executive Assistant (NYC or Remote)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CTO and CSO. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive's daily activities and contributing to the overall efficiency of our technology leadership team.

Note: This role can be in NYC or remote role working CT & ET hours.

Responsibilities

• Calendar Management: Maintaining schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Document Preparation: Assist in researching and preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Data Management: Organizing and maintaining accurate records.
• Research Support: Conduct research on various topics to support the executive team and assist in informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Project Assistance: Support special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 4+ years of administrative experience; prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Ramp, Envoy. 
• Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

The cash compensation range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity is part of the total compensation package.
