Pair Eyewear is seeking an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to be a critical partner to our Co-CEOs. As an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, you will be a master communicator, organizational pillar, and trusted advisor to our leadership team. 

We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, good with finances and data, a master communicator and writer, and has a demonstrated leadership mindset. You should be excited about the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment where you will bring a strong EA foundation and be able to stretch outside of your comfort zone to help our leadership with important internal and external projects. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Organize and manage the schedule and meetings for our CEOs 
  • Communicate on behalf of the CEOs you support, including handling highly sensitive and confidential material. Ensure all communication is tracked and responded to in a timely manner. 
  • Organize and schedule company wide meetings and leadership meetings while helping prepare agendas, presentations and take detailed notes during meetings 
  • Prepare presentation decks, meeting notes and briefing materials
  • Help coordinate travel for our CEOs and other senior executives when necessary
  • Process and complete expense reports, coordinate with the Finance Department on Executive G&A budgets, support accounting admin
  • Help organize and maintain comprehensive accurate corporate records and help manage our internal organizational wide database 
  • Manage the NYC office including social events, weekly lunches, office materials and supplies, technology, and meeting spaces
  • Oversee facilities management, including landlord and vendor relationships with cleaning company / porters, and direct work as necessary to ensure vendor expectations are held to a high standard
  • Ensure the NYC office environment is managed in a way that allows for the best work setting (cleanliness, organization, ambience, etc.)
  • Coordinate with People team on capacity management and seating arrangements for new hires + remote working hot desks
  • Organize company wide leadership events and retreats 
  • Assist with other employee experience related projects 
  • Maintain full discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Handle some ad-hoc personal work for Co-CEOs 

Who You Are: 

  • At least 4+ years experienced as an Executive Assistant, preferably as a C-Suite assistant in a startup environment 
  • A master communicator and writer 
  • An excellent time manager who brings attention to detail to every task 
  • Someone who wants to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while multitasking and maintaining an eye for details 
  • Positive and proactive attitude 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability 
  • Proven ability to keep track of financials and data 
  • Desire to grow within a company and proactively create a great work environment and culture

At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $100,000 - $125,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
