About the Opportunity
Jnana Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Research & Development team, including our CMO and Head of Research & Development. Ideal candidates will bring a passion for leveraging strong management and organizational skills to help leaders achieve critical goals. The most successful candidates will have previous biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience, strong communication skills, and demonstrated ability to partner effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Lead Executive Assistant to the Research & Development leadership team
- Manage multiple calendars and execute complex schedules and travel itineraries with internal and external stakeholders
- Seamlessly coordinate meetings and team events, including room bookings, venue selection, materials creation and management
- Manage and execute critical administrative workflows and provide organizational solutions to increase team effectiveness
- Partner closely with key internal stakeholders, including other administrative team members, to ensure synchronization of efforts
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks for team and effectively troubleshoot and/or appropriately escalate
- Serve as an ambassador of Jnana's culture
Preferred Qualifications & Past Experience
- Previous experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant in the biotech/pharma industry
- Experience supporting VP, SVP and C-level executives
- Skilled in complex calendar and meeting management
- Outstanding communication skills, including written and verbal, with internal and external parties
- Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and pro-active
