Executive Assistant To CEO

Position - Executive Assistant to CEO
Location- New York
Contract - 4 Months - likely of extension 
Pay rate - $50- $55/hr 
Responsibilities

• Liaising with internal executives & teams, as well as external business contacts (including consultants, bankers, government officers, investors, board members) to establish seamless communication
• Cross-functional project management
• Calendar management for organization or executives
• Aid executive in preparing for meetings
• Maintain organization charts and internal email aliases, support travel and expense arrangements
• Schedule and coordinate special events and meetings as needed (company events, off-sites, lunch/ dinner engagements/ business reviews/ all hands, etc)
• Project planning and logistics coordination for learning and development activities, fire-side chats, etc.
• Support all ad-hoc day-to-day activities; facilitating communication with external stakeholders
• Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Job Requirements：
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years’ experience in administration, HR and operations
• Ability to quickly learn complex and professional knowledge in different disciplines
• Commitment to confidentiality and adept at handling sensitive information
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
