We are looking for a dedicated, driven, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). As the Executive Assistant to the CRO, you'll be a master-problem solver, ready to tackle issues before they arise. You have top-notch communication skills and have a knack for understanding the needs of individuals before they arise. You have exceptional attention to detail while executing various items and can deliver under pressure in an ever-changing environment.

Your Day-to-Day Role
  • Plan and execute operating rhythm and logistics for Quarterly Business Review, Sales Kickoff, Mid-Year Kickoff, leadership summits, and internal meetings and off-site sales team events;
  • Manage calendar, travel coordination and process expense reports for CRO
  • Manage quarterly meetings including briefing materials, agenda, content, deck creation and liaison with IT for Audio Visual / Tech coordination;
  • Own, maintain and assist in internal sales meetings, presenters and associated materials;
  • Manage meeting agenda and action items, completing deliverables and ensuring others in the team are meeting timelines;
  • Assist in hosting recurring team meetings and compile team’s data and progress;
  • Assist in preparation of forecasts and coordination of forecasts being completed in a timely manner;
  • Operational process management and improvement;
  • Manage special projects and assignments on-demand;
  • Run and prepare appropriate reports, as needed.
Your Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of sales support experience working with fast paced environments, preferably within SaaS, CRM and/or tech organizations 
  • Strong professional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Highly proficient with Macs and Google Workspace (Docs,Sheets, Keynote)
  • Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
  • Ability to interface and communicate with all Executives and counterparts on program requirements, goals and logistics
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all departments in a result driven and team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, and other key stakeholders and leaders within OwnBackup
Important Details 

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximize collaboration and interaction. Travel may be required.
