At Sana Commerce, we're looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and help drive our mission forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing executive-level support, particularly in international settings, and be adept at managing a variety of tasks and priorities.


What you'll be doing:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across different time zones and cultures, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues, providing solutions to support the CEO’s objectives.
  • Organize and maintain the CEO’s files, records, and correspondence efficiently.


What you'll bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives.
  • Proven experience working in an international environment.
  • Ability to effectively work across different time zones and with diverse cultures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management applications.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
