What's happening at Entrada Therapeutics? Our mission is to transform the treatment of devastating diseases by establishing a new class of medicines to engage intracellular targets that have long been considered inaccessible and undruggable.
Our Endosomal Escape Vehicle (EEV™)-therapeutics represent a fundamental advancement in the field of intracellular therapeutics. They are designed to enable the efficient intracellular delivery of a wide range of therapeutics into a variety of organs and tissues, resulting in an improved therapeutic index. Through our EEV platform, we are building a diverse pipeline of RNA-, antibody- and enzyme-based programs for the potential treatment of neuromuscular, immunological, ocular and metabolic diseases, among others.Â
Our lead oligonucleotide programs include ENTR-601-44 and ENTR-601-45 for the potential treatment of people living with Duchenne who are exon 44 and 45 skipping amenable, respectively, as well as our partnered candidate ENTR-701 targeting myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1).Â

The OpportunityThe Executive Assistant will provide a variable scale of administrative support to the Entrada team, focused on high-level support to the CEO, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. This role requires you to be on site three fixed days per week.
Responsibilities
- Pro-active calendar management including:
- Prioritization of meetings in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Anticipate conflicting needs and follow-up, often under tight timelines
- Manage appointments to ensure teams are prepared for upcoming meetings/teleconferences
- Off-hours assistance, as needed
- Oversee calendar and schedule management for Senior Leadership Team and Extended Leadership Team meetings
- Coordinate external and larger internal meetings, including quarterly company All Hands MeetingÂ
- Interface with Board of Directors, their support teams and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings and organize logistics for all attendees
- Coordinate logistics for IR conferences: registration, travel & itinerary coordination
- Be a AV and technology superuser to ensure technology is working appropriately and troubleshoot any issues
- Assist in filing, tracking and delivery of board books.
- Coordinate and track domestic and international travel arrangements, ensure there is alignment among the team
- Assist with special projects, as needed
- Maintain employees’ confidence and protect operations by keeping company proprietary information confidential

To thrive on our team, you will need to come with:
- 6-10 years of administrative experience with a proven track record of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Operate with agility, demonstrate professionalism and flexibility as needs/plans change
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate cross-functionally, building strong relationships with operations, HR, Finance and other administrative roles
- Strong independent good judgment
- Good stakeholder management with an ability to keep necessary parties proactively aligned and informed
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high standard of confidentiality
- Highly proficient technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
- Start-up and/or biotech experience is strongly preferred
