About the Job:

As the Executive Assistant, OCEO (Office of the CEO), you will be responsible for managing the calendar and travel for Redesign Health’s CEO and two other executives on his team to ensure their time is allocated strategically, effectively, and sustainably. Your goal is to ensure that the CEO and his team are well prepared for each meeting and interaction, and that they are able to accomplish their goals and make good on their commitments in an organized, efficient, and excellent manner. 

You will report to our Chief of Staff, OCEO, working closely with her to support our CEO. If you like working in a fast paced environment where you are a critical team member of the Office of the CEO, then we look forward to hearing from you!

What you will do

  • Manage calendar and travel arrangements for the CEO and two executives on his team
  • Conduct expenses administration for CEO and direct reports
  • Provide support for leadership events such as the Mid-Year and EoY Leadership Offsite
  • Provide project management support for OCEO with fundraising and other major strategic initiatives

What you will need

  • You have 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • You have experience working as an Executive Assistant within a financial institution or a start-up company
  • You have experience managing internal and more importantly external events especially with investors
  • You have experience handling travel and calendar management for multiple executives at once

What you will bring to the table

  • You have a high level of comfort with the tools found in Google Suite
  • You have familiarity with company internal digital tools or are capable of quickly learning new software.

You will work out of one of the following locations:

  • In-office: New York, NY
  • Remote: Within the Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST) or someone comfortable working within EST hours. 

Additional Information

Full-time base salary range of $105,000 - $157,500 plus a competitive equity & benefits package listed under the "Why work with us?" section.
