Compensation:
The compensation for this full-time position in the US is $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 + discretionary bonus. The range may vary based on factors such as location, job-related skills, experience, and education. Benefits are available to all full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week. Please note that the compensation information listed in job postings only includes the base salary, and does not include bonuses or benefits.

Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer of the company. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will be a critical member of the CEO's team, working closely with the executive team, clients, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage documentation for meetings and presentations, including agendas, reports, and other materials.
- Coordinate and manage communication between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
- Monitor and manage the CEO's email, responding to and prioritizing messages as needed.
- Research and analyze information to support the CEO in making strategic decisions and providing recommendations to the CEO as needed.
- Manage the CEO's expenses, including processing reimbursements and managing corporate credit cards.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO, screening phone calls, emails, and other communications to determine what requires immediate attention and what can wait.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively take action to ensure they are met.
- Attend meetings and take minutes as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Comments
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a full-time position that requires the flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed. The role is primarily office-based, but may require occasional travel. The position may also require occasional work from home or remote locations.
