Harry’s is operating as a hybrid-first environment - for us, that means that we ask folks to come into our beautiful, 88,000 square foot SoHo office a minimum of 2 days per week, with flexibility to choose exactly which days work best for you. About the Role
The Executive Assistant will serve as an essential partner to our executive and leadership team. You’ll support three executives, managing everything from calendar and travel arrangements to running special projects over time. This highly organized, endlessly resourceful person will ensure the team operates at its best, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
The EA role is one that doesn’t always neatly fit within the 9-5 day, so we’re looking for a go-getter who’s eager to be flexible and available. This dynamic role requires strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions, internally and externally. Our ideal candidate is someone who is interested in growing in this role for at least 2 years.
What you will accomplish:
- Expertly manage day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and meeting logistics, providing best in class support often with little oversight, making judgments based on known priorities of the business
- Anticipate needs and identify problems proactively, looking around corners for solutions and using existing resources in problem-solving
- Coordinate intuitive, complex travel itineraries and manage expense reports
- Ensure the team is prepared for professional meetings and events, by soliciting agendas, drafting prep docs, creating itineraries, making reservations, printing material, and going above and beyond to ensure effective preparation
- Provide vacation coverage for other assistants as needed
- Interact regularly and build relationships with executives and colleagues across various teams
- Be a positive ambassador on behalf of Harry’s, consistently acting in a way that leaves people with a positive perception of the company while truly embodying our values
This should describe you:
- You have 1-3 years of professional experience: and you have interest in growing as an EA over the next 2 years with a desire to take on increasingly complex projects across the organization.
- You’re exceptionally detail oriented: You never let anything fall through the cracks, closing every loop, spotting every error, and looking around corners to make sure every detail is perfect.
- You possess foresight: If you had a superpower, it would be the ability to see (and plan) around corners, anticipating problems, and knowing how to fix them before anyone else.
- You’re an excellent communicator: You can communicate nuance effectively to anyone, modifying your tone based on whom you’re speaking to. Regardless if it's an email, a phone call, or in person, you get things done by clearly and professionally expressing yourself.
- You are a creative problem solver: There’s no sticky situation that you can’t wiggle your way out of, and you come to the table with solutions.
- You’re open to giving and receiving feedback: Feedback is core to Harry’s values. Here's who you'll work with:
- Reporting to and directly supporting the VP of DTC, as well as directly supporting the VP of Harry’s and VP of Flamingo
You’ll work closely with the EA team and build strong relationships and interact regularly with the full Harry’s team

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $64,400-$80,500, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
