Why this role?

The Executive Assistant/Office Manager is the go-to administrative assistant to the Chief Revenue Office, Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations and provide limited support to the Sales leadership team. You will also support the overall operation and functionality of the New York office. 

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Representing the executive team with a strong professional image
  • Providing strong executive support: manage calendars and meeting planning; coordinate travel arrangements; execute expense reporting; and other logistics
  • Understanding team priorities and assesses/manages priorities and timelines.
  • Preparing communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence
  • Composing, designing, editing, proofreading and distributing correspondence, memos, reports and presentations as requested
  • Liaising with the Senior Leadership Team
  • Maintaining confidential information and materials
  • Maintaining a clean, organized and effective office environment: maintaining inventory and stock all break room and office supplies; maintaining seating chart, user inventory, directories and office resource manuals
  • Acting as the point of contact and managing relationships with property management as needed
  • Representing DHI with a strong professional image: greet and direct all visitors; process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Administering the office vendor relationships, accounts, contracts and invoices
  • Acting as End User Services liaison for onsite technical support
  • Onboarding New York employees regarding office functions and resources
  • Steering DHI Social, Wellness & Giving Committees to encourage engagement and positive environment
  • Planning and organizing select company events

  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort with technical processes, applications and equipment including video-conferencing equipment and web-based platforms
  • Proficient with standard desktop applications (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional)
  • Proficient with standard office equipment (photocopiers, printers, fax machines)
  • Creative thinker

 Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in equivalent field (i.e. Communications, Business) or other professional certification or equivalent experience
  • Must have at least 5+ years of administrative experience
     
New York pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
$90,000$130,000 USD
