The NYC-based Executive Assistant/Operations Coordinator sits at the heart of our rapidly growing startup. This role oversees many operational responsibilities and reports directly to the Chief of Staff, who is based in NYC.

This role is integral to the success of our organization. You are responsible for calendar management for the CEO and other Executives as well as large-scale meeting management across teams. You will be supporting the CEO in his everyday needs and with projects as they come up. 

You will…

  • Build strong relationships by being in the office at least 3 days per week, as well as attending events
  • Manage calendars for our CEO and ad hoc Executives
  • Have responsibilities for email correspondence and meeting scheduling with externals for CEO and ad hoc Executives
  • Help put together social media posts for Executives as needed
  • Schedule Executive and company-wide meetings, and by request across teams which includes preparation, collecting resources, as well as deck curation
  • Coordinate Executive and employee travel arrangements
  • Be a part of the Office Operations team (working closely with our Reno-based People and Ops Coordinator), supporting many of the ongoing projects related to employee happiness
  • *Bonus creative outlet! As the NYC office leader you’ll help us plan internal and external events, keep the office presentable and more

You have…

  • 4+ years EA experience and 2+ working with an executive team
  • Successfully supported multiple Executives
  • Experience sourcing / researching items (ie: sustainable swag, office furniture, etc) & vendors 
  • Managed executive calendars and correspondence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • The ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks

Bonus points for: 

  • Experience supporting both in-office and remote employees
  • Startup and/or Saas/Daas experience

Compensation Package

  • The salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $95,000.00. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
