Job Description


BURNETTE DOBSON & PINCHAK Law Firm is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide excellent administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the Executive Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO's office handling a wide range of administrative tasks and managing confidential information. This is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious law firm and contribute to its success.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Organize and prioritize inbound and outbound communications including phone calls emails and mail
  • Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documents
  • Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics
  • Manage the CEO's expenses and reimbursements
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Perform general office administrative tasks including filing copying and ordering supplies
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration executive assistance or a related field
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with individuals at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities
