We collaborate in developing the briefing experience with a focus on meaningful conversations and strengthening relationships. Our executive briefings are the face of Autodesk, showcasing our brand, vision, and culture, the impact of our customers, and a behind-the-scenes look at our growing partnership together. Our Executive Briefings occur virtually and in person at San Francisco, Toronto, Boston, and Birmingham, UK. We are looking for an experienced Briefing Operations Manager to join us as we expand and scale our program.
The Executive Briefing (EBC) Program aims to provide a "differentiated" customer experience to support Autodesk sales and marketing efforts to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position is responsible for the operations management of the briefing program as we strive to provide world-class briefings to our customers and prospects. This individual must work well in a small team environment and cross-functionally across the company, have a high energy level, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and build rapport and trust with internal and external partners quickly.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with others across the company and work independently to resolve issues and achieve results
- Follow briefing industry best practices by utilizing systems and processes that increase operational efficiencies
- Create and distribute regularly cadenced reporting to cross-functional stakeholders, including briefing program management, business units, sales, executives, and marketing groups
- Design reporting based on the business needs to enhance efficiency and identify opportunities within the executive briefing program
- Manage the VisitOps Briefing Management Solution, a briefing management tool that streamlines the end-to-end experience of its users; from engaging with the program to developing successful executive briefings and accurately tracking activity on salesforce.com
- Serve as Liaison to Programs that leverage the VisitOps platform
- Consult with IT and external vendors on monthly system releases to continuously improve briefing management tool
- Deliver training to global teams on briefing management tool's functionality and monthly enhancements
- Act as a single point of contact within the briefing program for questions or issues related to Visit Ops & salesforce.com
- Deliver weekly and ad hoc reporting to measure key business insights and analytics on quarterly performance metrics
- Prepare quarterly business reviews spanning quarterly performance, measurement against key metrics, and identifying trends within the business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations to evaluate insights
Minimum Qualifications
- Flawless execution in managing projects concurrently
- Knowledge of and passion for the Executive Briefing profession
- Have experience implementing and using Briefing scheduling tools, e.g., VistOps
- Proven ability to effectively manage very demanding workload while achieving strong results
- Exceptional ability to execute, collaborate, work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high stakes environment
- Stellar interpersonal skills: the ability to work effectively with anyone regardless of seniority
- Solid verbal, written, and presentation creation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically while also executing programmatically
- Robust planning skills
- Positive attitude with strong ability to navigate thru any challenges

- Preference for applicants with strong academic track records and proven impact leading organizations
- Multi-lingual capabilities a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SFDC to track the impact of briefings, pull reporting and interpret data into actionable program design
- A background in leveraging analytics and data to deliver insights based on the customer's business needs and strategic sales objectives
- Knowledge of Saleforce.com reporting & dashboards is highly valuable
- Familiarity with collaboration platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Mural) a plus
